Preheat your oven to 200°C/400°F. Place the chicken breasts on a baking tray and season with salt and pepper.Bake the chicken breasts for 20-25 minutes, or until they are cooked through. Remove the chicken from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.While the chicken is cooling, wash and chop the cucumbers into small cubes. Wash and halve the cherry tomatoes. Wash and dice the green pepper. Peel and thinly slice the red onion. Cut the Feta cheese into small cubes.Remove the pits from the olives and cut them into halves. In a large mixing bowl, add the chopped cucumbers, halved cherry tomatoes, diced green pepper, sliced red onion, cubed Feta cheese, and halved olives. Cut the cooked chicken into small pieces and add them to the mixing bowl.Mix all the ingredients together until they are well combined. Serve the chicken salad in bowls and enjoy!Note: You can add a dressing of your choice, such as a vinaigrette or a creamy dressing, to the salad to add more flavor. You can also add more vegetables, such as lettuce or carrots, to the salad to make it more nutritious.

Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle shape, about 1/2 inch thick.Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the top of the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.Scatter the cherry tomatoes over the cheese.Sprinkle the rosemary and thyme over the top of the cheese and tomatoes.Transfer the dough to a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
