Chocolate Mousse Cup

Ingredients

Cheesecake
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup cold whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup warm whipping cream
  • 1 tsp cream cheese
  • 50g biscuit crumbs

How it's made!

  1. Begin by melting the chocolate chips in a double boiler or in a microwave. Set it aside to cool slightly.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whip the cold whipping cream until it forms stiff peaks. 
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk the warm whipping cream and cream cheese together until the cream cheese is fully incorporated.
  4. Slowly add the melted chocolate to the warm whipping cream mixture, whisking continuously.
  5. Gently fold in the whipped cold whipping cream until everything is fully combined.
  6. Take a serving dish and spread the biscuit crumbs evenly on the bottom. 
  7. Pour the chocolate chip cheesecake mixture on top of the biscuit crumbs.
  8. Chill the cheesecake in the fridge for at least 3 hours, or until it has set. 
  9. Once the cheesecake is set, remove it from the fridge and serve it chilled. Enjoy your delicious and creamy chocolate chip cheesecake!
