  • 2 large skinless, boneless chicken breasts

  • 3 cucumbers

  • 250g cherry tomatoes

  • 1 green pepper

  • 1/2 red onion

  • 200g Baladna Feta cheese

How it's made!

    Prepare the chicken

    • Marinate chicken breasts with olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper (optional).

    • Grill or pan-sear until golden and fully cooked.

    • Slice into strips and set aside.

    Prepare the vegetables

    • Dice cucumbers, halve cherry tomatoes, chop green pepper, and thinly slice red onion.

    • Place all into a large salad bowl.

    Add feta

    • Crumble Baladna Feta cheese over the vegetables.

    Assemble the salad

    • Top with the sliced chicken.

    • Drizzle with extra olive oil and a squeeze of lemon juice.

    • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
