Focaccia Cheese

Ingredients

Focaccia
  • 50g mozzarella
  • 10g rose marrey
  • 10g french thyme
  • 100g pizza dough
  • 30gcherry tomotes 

How it's made!

  1.  Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2.  Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle shape, about 1/2 inch thick.
  3. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the top of the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  4. Scatter the cherry tomatoes over the cheese.
  5. Sprinkle the rosemary and thyme over the top of the cheese and tomatoes.
  6. Transfer the dough to a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7.  Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
