Ingredients

(serves 2–3):

  • 200g cooked noodles (rinsed & chilled)
  • 1 cup Baladna Fresh Yoghurt
  • 1 tsp Zaatar
  • 1 small cucumber, julienned
  • 1 small carrot, julienned
  • ½ green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • ½ tsp salt (or to taste)
How it's made!


    • In a large bowl, add noodles, cucumber, carrot, green bell pepper, Baladna Fresh Yoghurt, zaatar, and salt.
    • Toss everything together until evenly coated.
    • Serve cold and enjoy!
