Ingredients
Yogurt
- 1 cup low-fat yogurt
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup strawberries, sliced
- 30g chia seeds
- 30g rolled oats
How it's made!
1. In a small mixing bowl, stir together the low-fat yogurt and chia seeds until well combined.
2. Let the mixture sit in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes, or until the chia seeds have absorbed some of the liquid and become gel-like.
3. In a separate bowl, combine the blueberries and sliced strawberries.
4. In a small saucepan, toast the rolled oats over medium heat for 3-4 minutes, or until they are lightly browned and fragrant.
5. To assemble the yogurt bowl, spoon the chia seed-yogurt mixture into a serving bowl.
6. Top the yogurt with the berry mixture and sprinkle the toasted oats over the top.
7. Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious and healthy yogurt bowl with berries, chia seeds, and oats for breakfast or as a snack!
