How it's made!
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Slice the cherry tomatoes in half and set them aside.
- Cut the bruschetta bread into small, bite-sized pieces and arrange them on a baking sheet.
- Cut the masala cheese into small cubes and sprinkle them over the bread pieces.
- Arrange the cherry tomato halves on top of the cheese and bread, distributing them evenly.
- Sprinkle the mint leaves on top of the cherry tomatoes.
- Bake the bruschetta in the preheated oven for about 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Once the bruschetta is cooked, remove it from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve the cherry tomato and masala cheese bruschetta warm as a delicious appetizer or snack.
