Ingredients

  • Cherry tomates100g 
  • Bruschetta bread 1pc
  • Masalal cheese80g
  • Mints 10g 

How it's made!

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Slice the cherry tomatoes in half and set them aside.
  3. Cut the bruschetta bread into small, bite-sized pieces and arrange them on a baking sheet.
  4. Cut the masala cheese into small cubes and sprinkle them over the bread pieces.
  5.  Arrange the cherry tomato halves on top of the cheese and bread, distributing them evenly.
  6.  Sprinkle the mint leaves on top of the cherry tomatoes.
  7.  Bake the bruschetta in the preheated oven for about 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Once the bruschetta is cooked, remove it from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
  9. Serve the cherry tomato and masala cheese bruschetta warm as a delicious appetizer or snack.
