Baladna aims to achieve self-sufficiency

Baladna Food Industries, the largest producer of dairy products in Qatar, recently participated in the seventh edition of the Qatar International Agricultural Exhibition 2019, the main platform for the agricultural sector in Qatar.
The exhibition, organized by the Ministry of Municipality and Environment and the participation of Qatar Petroleum as the official sponsor of the event, was held at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center from 19 to 22 March 2019 under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Emir of the State of Qatar.
The 7th edition of the event reviewed innovation in agricultural technologies and helped shape the road map towards food security and sustainable development in Qatar.
The exhibition has proved to be an ideal opportunity for industry professionals to discover a range of agricultural equipment, products, and technologies, meet a number of decision-makers and meet with bright minds. Alongside the exhibition, Baladna Food Industries has prepared a large pavilion extending over an area of 264 square meters in which it reviewed its fresh dairy products, dedicated a cheese tasting corner and a model of a silo of the real silos on our country farm in Al Khor.
