Ingredients
  • 2 cups plain yoghurt
  •  ¼ cup granola
  •  2 tablespoons honey
  •  ½ cup mixed fresh fruits, chopped
  •  1 tablespoon chopped nuts, optional
How it's made!
    • Spoon a layer of plain yoghurt into the bottom of two serving glasses.
    • Add a layer of granola and a drizzle of honey.
    • Add a layer of chopped fresh fruits.
    • Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled.
    • Finish with fruit and a sprinkle of nuts on top before serving.
    • Tips
    • For a neat layered look, use clear glasses.
    • Assemble just before serving to keep the granola crisp.
