Yoghurt-Based Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 1½ cups strawberry yoghurt
  •  ½ cup fresh milk
  •  1 cup mixed fresh fruits, chopped
  •  1 teaspoon honey, optional
  •  Ice cubes, optional
How it's made!
    • Add the strawberry yoghurt and fresh milk to a blender.
    • Add the mixed fresh fruits and honey if using.
    •  Blend until smooth and creamy.
    •  Add ice cubes and blend again if a colder texture is desired.
    •  Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
    • Tips
    • For a thicker smoothie, use frozen fruit instead of fresh.
    • Adjust the sweetness depending on the ripeness of the fruit.
