Ingredients
  • 1 cup Baladna Lemon Ice Tea
  • 1 cup Baladna Tropical Ice Tea
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 2 tablespoons sugar, optional
  • 2 tablespoons gelatin powder (unflavored)
  • 1 cup melon balls (cantaloupe or honeydew)
  • ½ cup ice cubes
How it's made!
    •  Prepare the jelly base
    • In a bowl, dissolve gelatin powder in ½ cup hot water.
    • Stir well until fully dissolved.
    • Create the layers
    • Divide the gelatin mixture into two bowls.
    • In the first bowl, mix with Baladna Lemon Ice Tea.
    • In the second bowl, mix with Baladna Tropical Ice Tea.
    • Add sugar if desired and stir until dissolved.
    • Layer and chill
    • Pour the first layer into serving glasses and refrigerate for 10–15 minutes until slightly set.
    • Add a layer of melon balls.
    • Carefully pour the second jelly mixture on top.
    • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until fully set.
    •  Serve
    • Serve chilled as a colorful and refreshing After Iftar dessert drink.
    • Tips
    • For brighter layers, allow each layer to partially set before adding the next.
    • Use a spoon when pouring the second layer to avoid mixing colors.
