Salad
- 80g Baladna feta cheese
- 70g mix green
- 60g strawberry
- 70g walnuts
- 20ml balsamic
- 40 ml olive oil
- 30g cherry tomato
How it's made!
- Assemble the salad by adding the mix green ingredients into a large bowl with olive oil .
- Add the walnuts , cherry tomato.
- Pour the balsamic over the salad.
- Add the strawberry and Mix
- Finish by adding feta cheese on top,crack some black pepper on top. Serve and enjoy!

Banana Orange Cake
Preheat your oven to 180°C.In a medium bowl, mash the bananas using a fork or potato masher.Add the orange juice and orange zest to the bowl with the mashed bananas and mix until well combined.In a separate large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cinnamon, and baking powder.Add the banana mixture to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.Pour the batter into a greased 20cm loaf baking pan.Bake the cake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.Allow the cake to cool completely before slicing and serving.
