Ingredients
Yogurt
- Low-fat strawberry yogurt
- 100g quinoa
- 40g mixed fresh nuts (e.g. almonds, cashews, walnuts)
- 1 ripe banana
- 20g honey
How it's made!
1. Rinse the quinoa under cold water and cook it according to the package instructions until it is tender.
2. Once cooked, drain any excess water and set the quinoa aside to cool.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked quinoa, low-fat strawberry yogurt, and sliced banana. Mix well to combine.
4. Drizzle the honey over the top of the yogurt and quinoa mixture.
5. Top the bowl with the mixed fresh nuts, and serve immediately.
6. Enjoy your delicious and healthy yogurt and quinoa bowl with strawberries, nuts, banana, and honey as a satisfying breakfast or snack!
