Ingredients
  • 1 cup Baladna Low Fat Milk, chilled
  • 1 cup Baladna Hi-Protein Milk, chilled
  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup frozen berries or mango
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter or almond butter, optional
  • 1 teaspoon honey, optional
  • ½ cup ice cubes
How it's made!
    • Add Baladna Low Fat Milk and Baladna Hi-Protein Milk to a blender.
    •  Add banana, frozen fruit, peanut butter, and honey if using.
    •  Blend for 45 to 60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
    •  Pour into glasses and serve immediately as a nourishing After Iftar smoothie.
    • Tips
    • Use frozen fruit for a thicker texture without extra ice.
    • Baladna Hi-Protein Milk boosts protein content while keeping the smoothie smooth and light.
    • Add a spoon of oats for extra fullness if desired.
