Ingredients
  • 1 cup Greek yoghurt
  •  ½ cup mixed fruit juice
  •  3 tablespoons chia seeds
  •  1 tablespoon honey, optional
  •  ½ cup mixed fresh fruits, chopped
  •  Extra fruit for topping
How it's made!
    •  In a bowl, combine the Greek yoghurt and mixed fruit juice.
    •   Stir in the chia seeds and honey if using.
    •   Mix well until the chia seeds are evenly distributed.
    •   Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the mixture thickens.
    •   Spoon into serving glasses and top with chopped fresh fruits before serving.
    • Tips
    • For a layered look, alternate the chia mixture with fresh fruit in clear glasses.
    •  You can prepare it the night before for an easy Suhur option.
