Ingredients
  • 4 small pita breads or mini pizza bases
  •  1 cup tomato sauce
  •  1½ cups shredded mozzarella
  •  1 tablespoon olive oil
  •  ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  •  Sliced olives or bell peppers, optional
How it's made!
    • Preheat the oven to 200°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
    • Place the pita breads on the tray and lightly brush the edges with olive oil.
    • Spread tomato sauce evenly over each base.
    • Sprinkle shredded mozzarella generously on top.
    • Add olives or bell peppers if desired and sprinkle with oregano.
    • Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until the cheese melts and the edges are lightly golden.
    • Remove from the oven, slice if needed, and serve warm.
    • Tips
    • For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of chili flakes before baking.
    • Serve immediately for the best texture and taste.
