Ingredients
  • 2 cups Baladna Peach Ice Tea
  • ½ cup coconut milk or plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey, optional
  • ½ cup diced peaches or mixed berries
  • Ice lolly molds
How it's made!
    •  Prepare the mixture
    • In a jug, mix Baladna Peach Ice Tea with honey if using. Stir well.
    • Create the marble effect
    • Fill each ice lolly mold halfway with the peach tea mixture.
    • Add a spoonful of coconut milk or yogurt.
    • Use a skewer or small spoon to gently swirl the mixture to create a marbled pattern.
    • Add fruit
    • Drop a few diced peaches or berries into each mold for extra texture and color.
    •  Freeze
    • Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 to 6 hours, or until completely solid.
    • Serve
    • To release, run the molds briefly under warm water.
    • Serve immediately as a refreshing After Iftar frozen treat.
    • Tips
    • For a creamier version, increase the yogurt slightly.
    • Make sure the tea is chilled before freezing for better texture.
