Ingredients
  • 1 pack Baladna Labneh Balls
  • 1 cup shredded Baladna Mozzarella
  • 4 flatbreads or wraps
  • 1 tablespoon zaatar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 small cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 tomato, thinly sliced
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • A pinch of salt
How it's made!

    Prepare the spread

    • Mash Baladna Labneh Balls lightly with a fork.
    • Mix with olive oil and zaatar until well combined.

    Assemble the wraps

    • Lay each flatbread on a clean surface.
    • Spread the labneh and zaatar mixture evenly.
    • Sprinkle shredded Baladna Mozzarella on top.
    • Add cucumber slices, tomato slices, and fresh mint.
    • Sprinkle a light pinch of salt if needed.

    Roll and heat

    • Roll each wrap tightly.
    • Heat in a pan for 1 to 2 minutes on each side until slightly crisp and the mozzarella melts.

    Serve

    • Slice in half and serve warm as a flavorful Side Iftar option.

    Tips

    • Heating the wrap briefly enhances the melt of Baladna Mozzarella.
    • Baladna Labneh Balls provide a rich and tangy base that pairs perfectly with zaatar.
