  • Olives
  • Warm flatbread for serving
How it's made!

    Prepare the base

    • Spread Baladna Turkish Labneh generously on a large serving plate using the back of a spoon to create soft swirls.

    Season and garnish

    • Drizzle olive oil over the labneh.
    • Sprinkle with zaatar, sumac, and a light pinch of salt.
    • Garnish with fresh mint leaves.

    Arrange the platter

    • Add cherry tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, and olives around the labneh.
    • Serve with warm flatbread on the side.

    Serve

    • Serve immediately as a refreshing and elegant Side Iftar platter.

    Tips

    • For added texture, sprinkle toasted sesame seeds or crushed walnuts.
