Ingredients
  • 1 cup Baladna Raspberry Lemon Juice, well chilled
  • 1 cup chilled plain kombucha
  • 1 teaspoon lavender syrup or a small pinch food-grade dried lavender
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • ½ cup ice cubes
  • Fresh raspberries for garnish
  • Lemon slices or mint leaves, optional
How it's made!
    •  Prepare the base
    • In a jug, combine Baladna Raspberry Lemon Juice and fresh lemon juice.
    • Add floral flavor
    • Stir in lavender syrup or a very small pinch of dried lavender.
    • Mix gently until well blended.
    • Add the fizz
    • Pour in the chilled kombucha slowly.
    • Stir lightly to keep the bubbles fresh.
    •  Serve
    • Fill glasses with ice cubes.
    • Pour the drink over the ice.
    • Garnish with fresh raspberries and lemon slices.
    •  Enjoy
    • Serve immediately as a refreshing and lightly floral After Iftar drink.
    • Tips
    • Add the kombucha just before serving to maintain the sparkle.
    • Adjust the lavender carefully, as a little goes a long way.
