Ingredients
  • 1 cup Baladna Greek Yoghurt
  • 2 tablespoons quick oats
  • 1 cup cold water or milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey or dates syrup, optional
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon, optional
  • Ice cubes, optional
How it's made!
    • Add the oats and water or milk to a blender and blend for 30 seconds until smooth.
    • Add Baladna Greek Yoghurt, honey or date syrup if using, and cinnamon.
    •  Blend again until creamy and well combined.
    • Add ice cubes and blend briefly if a chilled drink is preferred.
    • Pour into glasses and serve immediately as a nourishing After Iftar drink.
    • Tips
    • Soak the oats for 10 minutes before blending for an extra smooth texture.
    • Add banana for natural sweetness and extra creaminess.
