Ingredients
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup Baladna Orange Juice
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • 1 cup Baladna Whipping Cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
How it's made!
    • Preheat the oven to 180°C. In a bowl, whisk eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
    • Add Baladna Orange Juice, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and orange zest. Mix until combined.
    • Sift in the flour and baking powder, then fold gently until the batter is smooth.
    • Pour the batter into a greased cake pan and bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow to cool completely.
    • Whip Baladna Whipping Cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form. Spread over the cooled cake and garnish as desired before serving.

    • Use freshly grated orange zest for a more vibrant citrus flavor.
