Ingredients
  •  1 cup Baladna Cream Cheese
  •  2 tablespoons sugar
  •  1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  •  1 pack puff pastry sheets
  •  1 egg, beaten
  •  2 tablespoons powdered sugar for dusting
How it's made!
    • Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
    •  In a bowl, mix Baladna Cream Cheese with sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
    • Cut the puff pastry into squares and place a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture in the center of each piece. Fold and seal the edges gently.
    • Brush the tops with beaten egg and arrange on the prepared tray.
    • Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden and crisp. Allow to cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.

    • Make sure the pastry edges are sealed well to prevent filling from leaking.
