Chicken Alfredo (GCC Style)

Ingredients
  • 250 grams fettuccine
  • 1 chicken breast sliced
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 cup Baladna Cooking Cream
  • 1 half cup Baladna Milk
  • 1 half cup Baladna Mozzarella
  • Salt, pepper, paprika
  • 2 tablespoons butter 
How it's made!
    • Cook pasta
    • Boil fettuccine according to package instructions. Reserve some pasta water.
    • Cook chicken
    • Melt butter in a pan. Add chicken strips and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook until lightly golden.
    • Add garlic
    • Reduce heat and add garlic. Stir for 30 seconds.
    • Add cream sauce
    • Pour in Baladna Cooking Cream and Baladna Milk. Stir continuously. Add mozzarella and allow it to melt into the sauce.
    • Combine pasta
    • Add cooked pasta directly into the sauce. Toss well. Add a splash of pasta water if needed.
    • Serve
    • Season and serve with parsley.
    • Tips
    • Mozzarella thickens the sauce quickly. Add little by little.
