Ingredients
  • 200 g Baladna Cream Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 small garlic clove, finely grated
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley or chives, optional
  • Paprika or chili flakes for garnish, optional
How it's made!

    Prepare the dip

    • In a bowl, combine Baladna Cream Cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, and grated garlic.
    • Mix until smooth and creamy.
    • Season with black pepper and salt to taste.

    Garnish

    • Transfer to a serving bowl.
    • Drizzle lightly with olive oil.
    • Sprinkle chopped herbs and paprika or chili flakes if desired.

    Serve

    • Serve chilled or at room temperature as a creamy Side Iftar dip.
    • Pair with crackers, breadsticks, or fresh vegetables.
