  • mix green 200g
  • beetroot cube cut 100g
  • cherry tomato 6pc
  • lemon oil dressing 30ml
  • feta cheese 100g
  • cucumber
How it's made!
    • Wash the mixed greens thoroughly in cold water and let them dry in a colander.
    • Cut the beetroot into small cubes and set aside. Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half. Set them aside.
    • Peel the cucumber and slice it into small pieces. Set them aside
    • In a large salad bowl, add the mixed greens, beetroot cubes, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber slices
    • Pour the lemon oil dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat all the ingredients.
    • Crumble the feta cheese and sprinkle
