Basic Mango Smoothie

Ingredients
  •  1½ to 2 cups chopped ripe mango (or frozen mango chunks) 
  •  ¾ cup milk (or any non-dairy milk like almond, coconut, oat) 
  • ¼ cup yogurt (plain or vanilla), adds creaminess and a little tang 
  • 3 ice cubes (optional: especially if using fresh mango) 

Optional Extras

  • A splash of vanilla extract for more flavor. 
  • A banana or a bit of frozen fruit for extra thickness and sweetness. 
  • Coconut milk instead of regular milk for a more tropical, richer taste. 
How it's made!
    •  Put the milk (or chosen liquid) into your blender first, that helps prevent sticking. 
    • Add in the mango chunks (fresh or frozen), yogurt, and ice (if using). 
    •  Blend until smooth and creamy, about 45–60 seconds. 
    • Taste and adjust: if too thick, add a bit more milk; if not sweet enough, add a splash of vanilla or a little honey/maple syrup. 
    • Pour into a chilled glass and enjoy immediately!
