Avocado Milk Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 2 cups fresh milk
  •  1 ripe avocado
  •  2 tablespoons honey or sugar
  •  ½ teaspoon vanilla extract, optional
  •  Ice cubes, optional
  •  Chopped pistachios for garnish, optional
How it's made!
    •  Cut the avocado in half, remove the seed, and scoop the flesh into a blender.
    • Add the fresh milk, honey or sugar, and vanilla if using.
    • Blend until smooth and creamy.
    • Add ice cubes and blend again if a colder texture is desired.
    • Pour into glasses and garnish with chopped pistachios if desired. Serve immediately.
    • Tips
    • For a richer taste, chill the milk before blending.
    • Adjust the sweetness according to your preference.
