Ingredients
  • 1 cup low fat milk
  •  1 cup hi-protein milk
  •  2 ripe bananas
  •  1 tablespoon peanut butter, optional
  •  1 teaspoon honey, optional
  •  Ice cubes, optional
How it's made!
    •  Add the low fat milk and hi-protein milk to a blender.
    •  Slice the bananas and add them to the blender.
    •  Add peanut butter and honey if using.
    •  Blend until smooth and creamy.
    •  Add ice cubes and blend again if a colder texture is desired.
    •  Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
    • Tips
    • For a thicker shake, use frozen bananas instead of fresh.
    • Adjust the sweetness based on the ripeness of the bananas.
