Ingredients
  • 1 cup Baladna Low Fat Milk
  • 1 cup Baladna Hi-Protein Milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, optional
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup, optional
  • Ice cubes
How it's made!
    •  Add Baladna Low Fat Milk and Baladna Hi-Protein Milk to a blender.
    •  Add vanilla protein powder, vanilla extract if using, and honey or maple syrup.
    •  Blend until smooth and creamy.
    •  Add ice cubes and blend again for a chilled, frothy texture.
    •  Pour into glasses and serve immediately as a refreshing After Iftar protein boost.
