How it's made!
    • Slice the croissant in half lengthwise.
    • In a mixing bowl, combine the Baladna cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
    • Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly onto the bottom half of the croissant.
    • Top the cream cheese with the sliced fresh strawberries.
    • Replace the top half of the croissant.
    • Sprinkle additional powdered sugar over the top of the croissant if desired.

Begin by preheating your oven to 175°C. Line a 38x25x2.5 cm baking pan with parchment paperTo make the cheesecake filling, beat the Baladna cream cheese and 1/2 cup of sugar in a medium bowl until smooth. Beat in the egg, Baladna milk, and vanilla extract until well combined.
