Ingredients
  • 8 small sandwich buns or mini rolls
  •  1 cup Turkish labneh
  •  1 tablespoon olive oil
  •  A pinch of salt
  •  Sliced cucumbers
  •  Sliced tomatoes
  •  Fresh mint or lettuce leaves
How it's made!
    •  Slice the mini buns in half.
    •   In a small bowl, mix the Turkish labneh with olive oil and a pinch of salt.
    •   Spread a generous layer of labneh on each bun.
    •   Add cucumber slices, tomato slices, and fresh mint or lettuce.
    •   Close the sandwiches gently and serve fresh.
    • Tips
    • You can add olives or sliced turkey for extra flavor.
    •  Prepare the fillings in advance and assemble just before Suhur to keep the bread soft.
