Ingredients
  • 1 cup low fat milk
  •  1 cup hi-protein milk
  •  1 ripe banana
  •  ½ cup frozen berries
  •  1 tablespoon peanut butter or almond butter
  •  1 teaspoon honey, optional
  •  Ice cubes, optional
How it's made!
    •  Add the low fat milk and hi-protein milk to the blender.
    •   Add the banana, frozen berries, and nut butter.
    •   Blend until smooth and creamy.
    •   Taste and add honey if extra sweetness is desired.
    •   Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
    • Tips
    • For a thicker smoothie, add more frozen fruit or a few extra ice cubes.
    •  You can prepare the ingredients in freezer bags ahead of time for quick blending at Suhur.
