Creamy Butter Chicken

Ingredients
  • 500 grams chicken breast cubes
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup tomato puree
  • 1 quarter cup Baladna Fresh Milk
  • 1 half cup Baladna Cream 
    Salt and pepper
How it's made!
    • Sear chicken
    • Melt butter in a pan. Add chicken and sear on all sides.
    • Add spices and aromatics
    • Add onions and garlic. Cook until soft. Add turmeric, paprika, and garam masala.
    • Tomato base
    • Pour in tomato puree and simmer for 10 minutes.
    • Add dairy
    • Add Baladna Milk and Baladna Cream. Mix gently and simmer until creamy, about 10 minutes.
    • Serve
    • Serve with rice or naan.
    • Tips
    • Allow the sauce to simmer slowly to avoid splitting.
