Ingredients
  • 2 cups pizza dough, homemade or ready made
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 ½ cups shredded Baladna Mozzarella
  • Fresh basil leaves, optional
How it's made!

    Prepare the dough

    • Preheat oven to 220°C.
    • Divide the dough into small equal balls.
    • Roll each ball into a small round base.

    Assemble the pizza

    • Place the mini bases on a lined baking tray.
    • Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce on each base.
    • Drizzle lightly with olive oil.
    • Season with salt, oregano, and basil.

    Add cheese

    • Top each mini pizza generously with shredded Baladna Mozzarella.

    Bake

    • Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

    Serve

    • Garnish with fresh basil if desired.
    • Serve warm as a perfect Side Iftar snack.

    Tips

    • Baladna Mozzarella provides excellent melt and a soft, stretchy texture.
    • Keep the sauce layer thin to prevent soggy bases.
    • Add sliced olives or bell peppers for extra flavor if desired.
