Dreama, Baladna Food Industries Forge Co-Operation Agreement

The Orphans Care Centre – Dreama and Baladna Food Industries have entered into a co-operation agreement in support of Dreama’s goals and mission.
Under this agreement, Baladna will provide Dreama with supplies to support its activities in serving targeted categories within the Qatari society, Dreama has said in a press statement.
The initiative comes as part of Dreama’s efforts to extend partnerships with businesses and companies operating in Qatar to support its activities in the areas of childcare and children’s protection and rights, the statement noted. Mohamed al-Khanji, manager of the Social Services Department at Dreama, expressed happiness at the co-operation with — and support provided by — Baladna Food Industries. “We look forward to improving and strengthening this co-operation to support a wider range of Dreama activities.” Dreama was established in 2003 under the patronage of Her Highness Sheikha Moza bint Nasser to contribute towards achieving Qatar’s vision of human and social development. Since then, the organization has played a vital role in providing care to orphans, children of anonymous parents or those who are deprived of natural families by providing programs to integrate them into the society and working with surrogate families, the statement noted.
Baladna Food Industries is a leading Qatari company that attaches great importance to investments in the area of social responsibility, having been honored with the Social Responsibility Award for its efforts, the statement added.
