Baladna opens a new production line of cheeses for desserts

Baladna announced the signing of an agreement with the Jordanian Brothers for Food Industries Company, to transfer and localize the experience of the Arab sweets cheese industry in the State of Qatar. The agreement was signed by Ramez Al-Khayyat, Managing Director of Baladna, and Ibrahim Al-Faqih, CEO of Brothers for Food Industries.

According to this agreement, Baladna will open a new production line for cheese, which is used in the manufacture of sweets, drawing on the expertise of the Jordanian sheikh cheese. This is part of its plan to attract expertise and localize the dairy and cheese industry in the State of Qatar. It is worth noting that the Brothers Food Industries Company has accumulated experience from several generations since 1945 in the manufacture of cheese. The company is also the largest company in the Middle East to manufacture Eastern and Arab sweets cheeses, especially Nabulsi cheese.
