1: What is Baladna Scan and Win?
It is a competition giving you a chance to win big with Baladna and Aura Entertainment venues, including a grand prize from Banana Island! By purchasing participating Baladna products and scanning the QR code on the pack, you can enter for a chance to win instant discount vouchers or entry tickets.
2: When does the contest take place?
The contest runs from May 21 until June 18, 2026.

3: How can I participate?
To join:
- Buy: Any participating Baladna product featuring the contest QR code.
- Scan: The QR code to access the contest page.
- Register: Fill out your name, email, and phone number.
- Upload: Your purchase receipt showing the Baladna products.
- Spin: Submit your entry and spin the wheel for a chance to win!
4: Do I need to keep my receipt?
Yes! You must upload a clear photo of your purchase receipt as proof of purchase when submitting your entry.
5: What are the prizes?
There are two types of prizes:
- Free Entry Tickets:
KidzMondo: 1 Adult + 1 Child entry (Value: QAR 150).
Megapolis: 4 hours of unlimited play (Value: QAR 150). - Discount Vouchers: Pay QAR 100, Get QAR 150 Bonus (Total Value: QAR 250)

6: How are winners selected?
Instant prize and Grand prize winners are chosen randomly through an automated digital system.
7: How will I know if I’ve won an instant prize?
If you win, a "Congratulations" message will appear on your screen with a voucher download button . You will also receive an email containing your digital voucher.
8: How do I claim my prize?
Instant Vouchers/Tickets: Simply present your digital voucher at the reception of the participating venue (KidzMondo, Megapolis, Minipolis, Rush, WOW.) and show it to the staff to redeem.
Grand Prize: Winners will be contacted via email/phone with instructions to collect their voucher from the APEX office.

9: Can I redeem my voucher after the contest ends?
Yes, but please note the specific expiry dates:

10: Can I participate more than once?
Yes! You can participate multiple times using different valid purchase receipts.
However, once you win a prize, you are no longer eligible to participate again in the instant win portion.

The contest applies only to specific Baladna products that feature the "Scan & Win" QR code on the packaging.
12: Can I participate from outside Qatar?
No. This contest is open to residents of Qatar only.
Prizes must be redeemed at the specific Aura Entertainment venues located within Qatar.

13: Is there an age limit to participate?
Participants must be 18 years or older. Minors may participate only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.
14: What is excluded from the vouchers?
Vouchers are valid for admissions and experiential games only. They exclude food and beverages, retail/merchandise, birthday parties, prize/redemption games, VIP rooms, and special events. Megapolis exclusion: Escape Rooms and Rage Room.
15: I lost my digital voucher. Can I get a replacement?
If you lose your QR code, please contact Baladna Customer Care with your registered email and phone number. Once verified, our team will assist you in retrieving your prize details.
16: How long are the winning QR codes valid for?
Tickets are not valid during Eid or public holidays.
Discounted vouchers must be redeemed by 30 June 2026.
Complimentary tickets from KidzMondo and Megapolis are valid until 31 December 2026.
